Co-op map (Normal) FIX

An 8-player cooperative map for 8 players in a temperate theater, featuring a 160x160 cell layout with balanced starting positions, capturable oil derricks and hospitals, and an ore/gem economy, plus a working skirmish AI with scripted navigation.
