Yuri's Revenge from the C&C Ultimate Collection (EA App or Steam) or your original discs. Either works — CnCNet only needs the game files.

Grab the Yuri's Revenge installer from cncnet.org and point it at your game folder. It adds the client and multiplayer patches alongside the original files — nothing is overwritten.

First launch opens the options. Automatic works for most machines; black screens, alt-tab crashes, or stretched menus mean you want CnC-DDraw. Set resolution and borderless windowed while you're there.

Pick a nickname and join the lobby. Custom maps transfer automatically when a host selects one — that's how most of this archive spreads.

Create an account at ladder.cncnet.org, link it in the client options, and queue 1v1 quick match. Expect to lose to people who never stopped playing.
